{"id":38547,"date":"2024-02-23T09:22:08","date_gmt":"2024-02-23T14:22:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cnnc.uncg.edu\/?page_id=38547"},"modified":"2024-02-23T09:25:22","modified_gmt":"2024-02-23T14:25:22","slug":"ac-member-leave-request","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cnnc.uncg.edu\/americorps-access-project\/for-current-americorps-members\/ac-member-leave-request\/","title":{"rendered":"AC Member Leave Request"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-uncg-next-gen-blocks-wrapper uncg-block-wrapper\"><div class=\"uncg-wrapper-inner\"><div class=\"uncg-wrapper-inner-content\">\n<p>As per the ACCESS Member Leave Policy, members do not have a set number of leave hours.&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong><u>Prior to taking time off, members are required to have accumulated the number of hours for which they are requesting leave<\/u><\/strong>.&nbsp;Any leave request must be pre-approved by the site supervisor&nbsp;<strong><u>AND<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;the ACCESS Director.&nbsp; Members must submit their leave request to the ACCESS Director for pre-approval. &nbsp;<strong><u>Failure to obtain pre-approval may result in disciplinary action.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of an emergency (i.e., illness, car trouble, etc.), the member can email their supervisor and the ACCESS Director.&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>A member CANNOT request to take leave the last week of August if they want to receive the full August stipend.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members WILL NOT BE CREDITED service hours for days on leave.
